We have 90 classes a week with 20 different class types all included in your membership. From Yoga, Pilates and Aqua through to Sh’bam and RPM, we have classes designed for all tastes and fitness levels. All of our classes are taught by registered fully qualified instructors.

Please note: Classes may be booked up to 6 days in advance.

Fair Play Policy:
- Please Cancel any classes you have booked but cannot attend - at least one hour before the start of the Class.
- Members may not book back to back identical classes.
