All current members have been emailed individually regarding their memberships. If you have not received an email please check your junk folder. If you still haven’t received an email please send your current email address to email@example.com stating your name and postcode so we can update this on our records.
We would advise you not to cancel your direct debit membership as you may be required to pay an admin fee upon joining again. You will also lose access to our Fitsense app.
Our Club is currently closed and there are no staff members on site to answer calls, if you have a query, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We have been sending out communications regarding memberships. If you have not been receiving these please let us know.
We now know that the lockdown is going to carry on for much longer than initially expected, especially for the hospitality and leisure sector. Our efforts will now turn to developing the Pavilion Club ‘At Home’ service to your door. Whilst we develop and hone this service, we will not be making any charges. Once this service is robust and road tested, we hope that our members will support the Club and its team with a small monthly fee.
In the meantime the following are available to our members:
Les Mills™ have opened up their at home workout service Les Mills™ on Demand to Pavilion Club members, so their workouts are now completely free to use for an extended trial period of 60 days.
You can choose from 800+ workout options, all available to stream right now, at home, with or without equipment. Les Mills™ on Demand offers a huge selection of cardio, strength and HIIT workouts as well as dance, mindfulness, post-natal and workouts for children, so there is something for everyone. And should you wish to continue beyond your free trial, Les Mills™ are offering a 33% discounted rate for all Pavilion Club Members.
Classes, ways to keep active and other content is being uploaded onto our social media regularly. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram.
The App features a 30-Day workout plan that can be tailored to suit you, and a whole host of exercises that can be done at home. Exercises can also be adapted to suit the equipment you may have at home or to be carried out as bodyweight exercises. We will be releasing guidance on how to best use this part of the app in time.
Outdoor activity can be tracked by selecting the cardio tile. With this GPS feature the app will help track your outdoor activity, such as walks and runs, to contribute to challenges and your health goals.
It is fantastic to see our Tennis players back at the Pavilion. Just in the last couple of days we have had so many messages of support, as well as some excellent suggestions – thank you.
