I qualified as Level 3 Personal Trainer through Premier in 2015. I was inspired to take up this course and pursue a career in fitness after 4 years of training and having a Personal Trainer of my own. I now also hold qualifications in kettlebells & circuit class instruction and hope to complete my Level 4 Obesity & Diabetes training in the future.
My passion is to help people achieve their goals, fitness is about so much more than exercise. It's a catalyst for positive change, and it affects every aspect of your life. Motivation is one of the biggest obstacles when it comes to exercise. When people are at the brink of wanting to give up, I try to bring them back to the bigger picture. I feel I can achieve this by speaking from experience, when I first started training I weighed over 16 stone and struggled to get up and down the stairs. I knew something had to change. So I turned my diet upside down and hit the gym hard. With the help of my own trainer I was able to achieve more than I had ever imagined. I became stronger, fitter, healthier and overall happier than I have ever been before. That is the feeling I want to help others achieve..
