Our Gym Team offer guidance, support and advice to help you in reaching your personal goals as quickly, safely and enjoyably as possible.
On joining we recommend two sessions to get you set up and started; with a rolling quarterly session to review and refresh – all included in your membership.
Anyone, large or small, young or old, can be confident of finding a welcome and a friendly smile from all in the gym.
If you struggle with motivation and need a helping hand or perhaps you have a specific fitness goal that needs extra attention then a 1-2-1 Personal Training is a great option.
Each session is 1 hour. Sessions are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
